Welcome to VoidCutter, operated by PolyPath. By accessing or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and play VoidCutter on your mobile device for personal entertainment purposes only.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the game, or use any cheats, exploits, or automation software to interfere with the game experience.

3. Limitation of Liability

VoidCutter is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind. PolyPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the game.

User Data Deletion Request

Under Google Play Policies and global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of any data associated with your gameplay.

Since VoidCutter does not collect personal data, email addresses, or user accounts, we do not store any user-identifying records on our servers.

If you have connected your game via Google Play Games Services and wish to disconnect and wipe your cloud save data, you can do so directly from your Android device settings under Google -> Play Games -> Delete Play Games Account & Data.
